Here is a simple recipe I experimented with last night with wonderful results.

Ingredients:
sliced onions
chopped garlic
pork chops
seasoning
1pack Lipton dry soup mix - beefy onion

Brown pork chops in a small bit of olive oil in large frying pan with onions and garlic. Sprinkle with seasoning - salt and pepper, accent, etc.. Put dry soup mix and about 2 cups of water in pan and mix with pork chops. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes. Pork chops will be nice and tender with a delicious gravy.
